Donation Requests
5BAR is committed to supporting nonprofit organizations within our community. Our goal is to creatively find ways to collaborate with each cause, doing our best to support as many of the inquiries as we can. Due to the nature of being a small business, combined with the vast amount of requests that we receive, we must be selective.
Donation Criteria
Below are the requirements that must be met in order to be considered for a donation.
You must be based at least within 3 hours of 5BAR
You must provide a current 501(c)(3) designation number and letter.
All requests must be submitted through our donation request form. Any letters, emails or phone calls will be directed to fill out the form below.
You must submit the donation request form at least 4 weeks prior to the event or any set deadline (whichever comes first).
Organizations may only receive one donation per year from 5BAR.
If you have received a donation from 5BAR in the past, please be aware that donations may vary.
We ask that your organization please provide a volunteer to pick up any donations at 5BAR.
We reserve the right to accept or deny any donation request.
What We Donate
There are two options: we can donate a gift basket for your auction/event OR we can buy a small ad or sponsorship. 5BAR does not provide monetary donations.
Gift baskets typically include, a mixology class for four gift certificate, a set of cocktail glasses, and sometimes additional cocktail making equipment (approx. $250 value.)
As much as we love to give, we limit our donations to 1 per month as we are a small independently-owned business. The further out you request a gift basket or ad/sponsorship, the better chance you have of getting one!
