5BAR is open for nearly any occasion: you name it. We hold 120 inside, with a medium back patio that is delightful when the weather is suitable.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on the day of the week and if you will rent out the back room & patio or the entire bar.

Sunday:

• Back room only: first hour $200, $100 per hour after. Ending at 7p for our Open Mic Nights or its an additional $200 per hour after 7p.

• Whole bar rent out $2,000.

Monday & Tuesday:

• Back room only $300 first hour, $200 per hour after.

• Whole bar rent out $1,000.

Wednesday:

• Before 10p, back room only $200 first hour, $100 per hour after.

• After 10p, back room only $1,000 first hour, $200 per hour after.

Thursday:

• Back room only $300 first hour, $200 per hour after.

• Whole bar rent out $1,500.

Friday:

• Back room only, 5p-9p $750, 9p-2a $2,000.

• Whole bar rent out 5p-9p $2,000, 9p-2a $3,000

Saturday:

• Back room only, 5p-9p $800, 9p-2a $2,500.

• Whole bar rent out 5p-9p $2,500, 9p-2a $3,500

Rental FAQs

How many people can 5BAR’s Backroom accommodate?

We can hold up to 80 people standing in the backroom with seating for 40. The back patio can hold 35 standing. It also has a platform stage, DJ hook up, multiple comfy couches and chairs & quirky decor. We have a projector screen with full audio and visual. And smoking patio in the back.

Can I schedule a site visit?

Yes, we encourage all of our potential renters to visit during our normal business hours. If you’d like a private tour please reach out and we will attempt to accommodate as well, but that is a little harder to coordinate than just dropping in.

Can I rent 5BAR’s Backroom for a personal or commercial photo or video shoot?

Yes. 5BAR is happy to accommodate a variety of photo, video, and commercial productions. We have done boudoir, birthday, engagement and many band photos. Please inquire about rates, capabilities, and additional details in the form above. If you are doing it to create art, let us know, we love art (who doesn’t?). Timing to rent the back is flexible throughout the day.

Can I rent the entire bar?

Absolutely! We love catering to private parties and making special events come true. 5BAR is available for full venue buyouts. Our capacity is 120 people.

Can I have food?

Yes! We have a private chef for $75/hour. We are also open to creating special menus, with the average cost for a meal being, $25 per plate. Learn more about food options here.

Can I add an additional bartender?

Yes! Add an additional bartender for $50/hour.

Need More Space?

We also own The Castle event space just 1 block away. It is 10X as large, with 4 stages, full bar, kitchen, sound equipment and holds 1,200 people.
